Brenda Joyce I have extensive experience in creating personalised wedding ceremonies. My background in theatre has enabled me to understand how an effective ceremony is created.

Whether you decide on an informal or formal wedding, small or large gathering, traditional or contemporary I am able to advise and assist you plan and write your ceremony and be a source of inspiration and support.

How to get started?

  1. Telephone or email me and advise of the date of your wedding.
  2. If I am available for your chosen date, we will meet at a mutually convenient day and time where I can explain what legal requirements are necessary and discuss in general what you have in mind for your ceremony. I can also give you a selection of poetry, readings, vows etc for you to peruse at your leisure (see below).
  3. I shall then write a draft ceremony with alternative ideas for you to think about.
  4. We can then communicate via email to tailor the ceremony to your wishes.
  5. An on-site rehearsal is always a good idea and this needs to be held approximately 5-7 days before the wedding date.
